As testament to his exceptional mind and trainability, Northern Exposure has transformed from a capable Western Pleasure Champion to becoming the Reserve World Champion Second Level Dressage in 2005, entirely ridden by his amateur owner. Kindness and a forgiving attitude are trademarks of his work ethic and keep him progressing well into 3rd level. Versatility comes naturally to Northern Exposure; he often competes in hunter pleasure, trail and dressage, all in one show, and easily rises to the demands of each discipline. His offspring are very young, but show the sensibility and desire to work with and not against you. He currently has a 4 year-old son competing hunter and western.In addition to his Reserve WC at Second Level, Northern Exposure was Reserve Finalist Western Pleasure Youth at the Grand National in 2003; Top 5 World Trail in 2005 and Top 10 Western Pleasure Amateur in 2003.
