Terms and conditions: Bids MAY NOT be postmarked prior to January 1, 2003. The qualifying bid with the earliest postmark after January 1 will win the service. In the event that two bids have the same postmark date, Morgan Dressage Association members will receive preference over nonmembers. In the event of a further tie, a winner's name will be pulled randomly from a hat. Bidders will be notified by e-mail or telephone and if successful will have seven calendar days to send a check for the service to the Association. If a check is not returned within seven days, the service will be offered to the next postmarked bid. Stallion services may not be assigned or sold without the agreement and written permission of the stallion owner. Successful bidders will be required to sign a stallion owner's breeding contract and pay any applicable fees. The Association strongly urges all potential bidders to contact the stallion owners directly for a breeding contract and to learn more about the breeding terms before placing a bid. No service purchased through this benefit sale may be transferred without written permission of the stallion owner.
