All applications must be POSTMARKED by November 1, 2007 to be eligible for the award. Applications that are incomplete or if either the owner or rider/handler is not a MDA member will not be accepted and will be returned.

and is from an eligible class (the horse is judged individually and on the triangle
ie Materiale, Suitable to Become a Dressage Horse, Amateur Handler, etc. does
not qualify).
