1999 MDA Awards of Excellence winners

More than 50 entries were received for the inaugural Morgan Dressage Association Awards of Excellence, and many of the divisions were very competitive. The awards are based on the single highest score at that level in United States Dressage Federation/American Horse Show Association recognized competitions.
